Our Kursi, black labeled, EVOO, extra virgin olive oil, first cold pressed, is made from black olives, which are a European species, harvested later in the season when the fruit has had an opportunity to ripen and develop a more robust taste. Harvested from Capernaum, Israel olive trees overlooking the Sea of Galilee in the Golan Heights. This non-filtered, modest flavor blends fantastically with other foods and is the chef's favorite.
